About 2FA (2-factor authentication)

This can be setup on your Classification account. To learn more, please speak with a member of the support team. Further information can be found below:

Prerequisites

• 2FA must be enabled by the Classification team.
  If you are not sure whether this has been done yet, please contact us on support@lexisnexisip.com.

• You must have an authenticator app installed on your mobile device.
  Any authenticator that supports TOTP can be used, including:
  Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, Authy etc…

Set up

1. Go to https://app.cipher.ai/logout

2. Classification login page should be displayed. Enter your password, and click “Sign In”

3. A QR barcode is displayed.
   - Open the authenticator app on your mobile device
   - Scan the QR code, to add an account for Classification.
   - At this point, the authenticator app should be generating a 6-digit code for Classification.
   For example, on Microsoft Authenticator mobile app, it looks something like this:

4. Back on the Classification login screen:
   - Enter the 6-digit code in the “One-time code” field
   - Enter a name in “Device Name” (can be anything, for example “my iPhone”)
   - Click “Submit”

Log in

On each log in to Classification (https://app.cipher.ai ), you will need to provide the following two things:

1. Your Password

2. One-time code (6-digit code from the Authenticator app)
