How to share a report externally to a lite user
How to share a report with your team
Once you have created your report, you can share it with someone within your organisation, or externally. In the report dashboard, click the share icon:
Share by Username
- In the Share pop up window, select 'Send via Cipher email' tab
- Select a user from the drop down menu
- Add a message in the text box (optional)
- Click 'Share report'
Share by link
- Copy the link to the report
- Decide how you wish to get the link to the desired user. Please note that the user will require a log in to Classification in order to be able to access the link.
How to share a report externally to a lite user
If you wish to share a report with a user from your organisation who currently does not have a login to the platform, or if you wish to share a report externally:
- In the Share pop up window, select 'Send via Cipher email' tab
- Click 'New lite user' to the right of the drop down menu.
- Enter their email address in the text box
- Add a message in the text box (optional)
- Click 'Share report'
