Edit your report to add organisations, technologies and any report parameters
The edit icon will make a copy of any report by including the same parameters (i.e. the organisations / technologies that are initially part of the report) and take them into a new report. You can then decide to run a new version of the original report, or to amend the parameters for example, edit the organisations or technologies of the report.

You will find the report 'edit' icon At the top right of any report:

and on the Report History page:
The icon will copy the parameters of the report into the report generation page so that you can then edit the parameters of the report as you wish. The pencil icon here, simply allows you to edit the name of the report.
NOTE: Only the owner of a report has permission to edit reports. In the example above shown in the report history, the 'Electrical power systems' report has been shared from another user and therefore, there is no option to edit the report.
To copy and edit the report parameters:
- Click the edit report parameters icon (red square icon shown above).
- This will take you to the parameters of the report. At this point, all of the organisations or technologies from your initial report will be included.
- You now have the opportunity to add or remove organisations/technologies.
- Click 'Next' to generate a new report
