How can I run classifiers against a custom portfolio or patent upload?

Upload a list of patents to categorise them into different technology areas

1. Click 'Start' to create a new report

2. From the report technologies section on the right hand side, click 'Select Classifiers'. Cipher will present classifier taxonomies

3. Select the classifiers of interest and add these into the report. Click 'Done' when you are happy with the selection

4. Click on ‘Patent upload’ to upload a list of patents

5. After uploading your list of patents, Cipher will suggest companies with similar portfolios, to those assets uploaded, to include in the report. Click on the tick icon if you'd like to add these into your report

6. Click 'Next' to run the report
