You will see a detailed description of export options for tables, charts, and patent evaluation sheets using different file format such as XLSX, CSV, TSV, Image, PNG, and Video.
Export Options for Tables:
Option 1: Copy to Clipboard
You can copy the information displayed in a table to clipboard. You can use this option for tables with up to 1,000 rows of data. To export data from a table that contains more than 1,000 rows of data, we recommend you use the option "Export Data File" instead.
Access "Export" in the main tool bar.

Set the scope of the data to be exported (e.g., "ALL") and press the "Copy to Clipboard". |
You can paste the information copied from the table into any of your local files, e.g., into an Excel spreadsheet.
Option 2: Export Data File
Alternatively, you can export your table to a data file (XLSX, CSV, or TSV). We recommend you use this option for tables with more than 1,000 rows of data.
Access "Export" in the main tool bar.

Export Options for Charts
PatentSight offers different export options for charts.
Option 1: Copy to Clipboard

Export Options for Family Evaluation Sheets
The family evaluation sheets (PDF format) provide an overview of patent families evaluated by the PatentSight BI.
You can use the Result List to generate family evaluation sheets for one patent family or for multiple patent families.
Select the documents for the export

Alternatively, you can generate family evaluation sheets for a set of patent families displayed in any chart or table that is grouped by the attribute "Patent Family", e.g., the table template "Patent Family Details".
Access "Tables" under "Analysis Templates".

In the table, you can pre-select the patent families for which you want to generate family evaluation sheets.
Click on the check mark icon in the table header.

Select the patent families for which you want to export family evaluation sheets. |
Access "Export" in the main tool bar and select "Export Family Evaluation Sheets". Set the number of sheets to be exported and the file packaging and then click on "Export" button.

Once the PDF file has been exported, click on the downloaded data to open or to save the family evaluation sheets.
In the export dialog, you can monitor all ongoing exports. If needed, you can also cancel ongoing exports.
