You can search for patented cases that overcame Alice rejections in PatentAdvisor.
Click on the File Wrappers tab on the PatentAdvisor home page. This will take you to the File Wrappers search page.
In the Document Group dropdown list select "Office Actions."
Rejection Type (Office Actions) will appear as a search field. Select "References Alice."
